Long-Term Disability Advisory Work Group Vacancies—DBU #134/2024-2025

The Provincial Executive is seeking to fill four 3-year terms on the Long-Term Disability (LTD) Advisory Work Group. Three vacancies must be filled by a Member from a District whose LTD Plan is underwritten by Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP). The other vacancy must be filled by a Member from District 9, District 12, or District 19, where the LTD Plan is underwritten by Teachers’ Life. These Members must be enrolled in the Provincial OSSTF/FEESO LTD Plan and as such must be from teacher Bargaining Units. The LTD Advisory Work Group consists of representatives from Bargaining Units representing teachers who are Members of the Plan. The Work Group meets a minimum of two times annually, with additional meetings held as necessary. Any teacher Bargaining Unit Member in good standing with OSSTF/FEESO who is interested in applying to the LTD Advisory Work Group must complete the attached form and submit it to Lisa MacMaster, Executive Assistant at OSSTF/FEESO Provincial Office by no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
