Employee Life and Health Trust Advisory Work Group Vacancy for 2025-2026 DBU #033/2025-2026

The Provincial Executive is seeking members to fill a vacancy on the Employee Life and Health Trust (ELHT) Advisory Work Group for the remainder of a term that ends in June 2027.

The ELHT Advisory Work Group consists of representatives from Bargaining Units whose members are eligible for coverage under the provincial OSSTF/FEESO Benefits plan. The Work Group typically meets twice annually, with additional meetings held as necessary.

Members of the ELHT AWG can serve concurrently on other OSSTF/FEESO Provincial Standing Committees or Councils.

Any Member in good standing of an OSSTF/FEESO Bargaining Unit whose members are eligible for benefits from OSSTF/FEESO Benefits who is interested in applying to the ELHT Advisory Work Group must complete the attached form and submit it to John Wells, Executive Assistant at OSSTF/FEESO Provincial Office by no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2025.

The Provincial Executive is looking for Members who:
  • have some expertise and knowledge of the provincial benefit plans
  • are willing to work collaboratively with others
  • demonstrate an ability to see a provincial perspective

Applicants are encouraged to complete the attached voluntary self-identification form and submit it with the application. The storage and use of this self-identification data will not be tied to any identifying information.
