2026 School Board Collective Bargaining Act Provincial Bargaining Priorities Survey (Districts 1-33)—DBU#035/2025-2026

As you are aware, collective agreements bargained under the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act will expire on August 31, 2026. In preparation for bargaining, OSSTF/FEESO will be conducting our membership bargaining priorities survey. Members will receive information about the survey via email but also text if their contact information is up to date.

Email information will be sent from bargaining@osstf.ca—you should make sure this email address is on your safe senders list to ensure you have all the information that you need.

The survey launched on September 22, 2025, and will run through to the end of October. This is an opportunity for members to provide their input on the importance of various collective agreement items. This feedback will provide OSSTF/FEESO with a comprehensive and accurate picture of the concerns and priorities of members as we prepare for the next round of negotiations. We strongly encourage members to participate, and make their voice heard. A deeper understanding of the membership’s priorities comes with a greater number of survey responses.

Members should make sure that their non-employer contact information is up to date using this link.

Members who complete the survey will be entered into draws for prizes. More information on the prizes to follow.
