AQ Program—Registration Open

Registration for the OSSTF/FEESO Additional Qualifications (AQ) Program Fall 2026 session is Open! The first session will run from October 1 to December 4, 2026 and registration is open until September 21, 2026. Register by August 21, 2026 and be entered to win a $100 Everything Card gift card.  

OSSTF/FEESO is offering the following courses: 

• First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Studies – Part 1, Part 2, Specialist  

• Guidance and Career Education – Part 1, Part 2, Specialist 

• Special Education – Part 1, Part 2, Specialist 

These courses have been created by Secondary teachers for Secondary teachers. Developed by experienced OSSTF/FEESO members, the courses respond to the realities of teaching in Ontario secondary classrooms. The program emphasizes accessibility, inclusivity, and practical strategies that support student engagement in diverse learning environments. Course scheduling has also been designed with educators in mind, aligning with key points in the secondary school calendar to support participation alongside professional responsibilities.  

Course fees are set at $650 though OSSTF/FEESO Members are eligible for a $50 Member Discount. Members will need their Member ID and District voucher code to claim their discount. Members needing help with their Member ID can send an email to either GetMyMemberID@osstf.ca or WhatISMyMemberID@osstf.ca to have their Member ID sent to them automatically. Voucher codes were sent to Members by their Districts. The codes can also be found in the Members Section of the OSSTF/FEESO website:
