2026 EARAOO Triennial Conference: Registration Still Open

The 2026 OSSTF/FEESO Equity, Anti-Racism, and Anti-Oppression Officer (EARAOO) Triennial Conference is taking place on October 23-24, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza Toronto-North York under the theme “Stronger Together: Building Intersectional Power.”

This conference is specifically designed for Bargaining Unit EARAOOs and is intended to support members serving in these important leadership roles. Through a keynote address, panel discussion, and interactive workshops, participants will gain practical tools, strategies, and resources to strengthen equity, anti-racism, and anti-oppression work within their Bargaining Units and communities. Participants will also have opportunities to network with EARAOOs from across the province, share promising practices, and build relationships that support this work throughout the Federation.

Bargaining Units are strongly encouraged to send their locally appointed, designated, or elected EARAOO. Provincial Office will cover the costs of one delegate per Bargaining Unit, and an alternate may attend if the designated EARAOO is unavailable.

Registration remains open through the secure member area of the OSSTF/FEESO website. The deadline to register is September 28, 2026. Members interested in attending as an additional delegate may also request to be placed on the waiting list, subject to available space and approval.

We encourage Bargaining Units that have not yet registered a delegate to take advantage of this valuable opportunity.
