2021–2022 Provincial Council

The Provincial Council (PC) is the legislative body of The Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF/FEESO) that meets between the Annual Meeting of the Provincial Assembly (AMPA). Provincial Councillors represent their Bargaining Units, Districts, and sectors, as it is a forum to express their interests and concerns.

Provincial Councillors are responsible for developing provisional guidelines, authorizing expenditures as described in regulations, and approving or disapproving provincial actions (please refer to page 4 of the 2021–2022 OSSTF/FEESO Constitution and Bylaws).

The following meeting dates have been scheduled for the 2021-2022 school year:

• Friday, September 24 (remote)
• Friday, November 19 (remote)
• Friday, February 4 (location to be announced)
• Friday, April 29 (location to be announced)
• Friday, June 3 (location to be announced)

To register as an observer, please send an email to Jade Maltar a minimum of one week before the scheduled meeting.

Time release requests for observers must be approved by the local District or Bargaining Unit.
