The Provincial Executive is seeking to fill three vacancies for new three-year terms on the Employee Life and Health Trust (ELHT) Advisory Work Group. These terms commence the 2023-24 Federation year. Interested Members are invited to apply.

The ELHT Advisory Work Group consists of representatives from Bargaining Units whose Members are eligible for coverage under the provincial OSSTF/FEESO Benefits Plan. The work group meets a minimum of twice annually, with additional meetings held as necessary.

While time release, as well as travel costs for all meetings are paid for by the Provincial Office, applicants should verify with their local president that there are no restrictions for time release for their Bargaining Unit.

Applicants must be in good standing and from a Bargaining Unit whose Members are eligible for OSSTF/FEESO benefits under the ELHT. Those interested in applying for the ELHT Advisory Work Group must complete the application form.

The Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF/FEESO) is dedicated to equity, anti-racism and anti-oppression while protecting and enhancing public education. OSSTF/FEESO values the participation of members with various lived experiences. We actively seek and welcome applications from members of First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and equity-seeking groups. Self-identification is voluntary. If you choose to self-identify, please complete the Self-Identification Form.

Application forms should be submitted no later than 4:00 pm on June 9, 2023, to the attention of John.Wells@osstf.ca.
