unlearn.® uses an approach that explores the mechanisms that can interrupt bias, stereotypes and discrimination by challenging the societal norms that marginalize others. Facilitators take participants on an in-depth journey through “unlearning” by examining their unconscious biases, beliefs, and conditioning.
