OMERS Sponsors Corporation (SC) Appointment

After serving nine exceptional years as the OSSTF/FEESO representative on the OMERS Sponsors Corporation Board of Directors, Sandra Sahli has decided to retire from the position effective December 31, 2023. The Provincial Executive of OSSTF/FEESO would like to express their gratitude for Sandra’s dedication and thoughtful contributions over the last nine years. It has been an honour to have her as our representative.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Pierre Côté as OSSTF/FEESO’s representative to the OMERS Sponsors Corporation. Pierre will be replacing Sandra Sahli due to her retirement. As most of you will know, Pierre has extensive experience with OMERS and our organization, including serving as the General Secretary for 10 years. His appointment begins January 1, 2024.

The Sponsors Corporation determines benefits and contribution rates for the Plans, and sets compensation levels and appointment protocols for the Board of both the Sponsors Corporation (SC) and the OMERS Administration Corporation (OAC).
