Vote, Volunteer, Donate—By-elections in Milton and Lambton-Kent-Middlesex

On May 2, OSSTF/FEESO members in Milton and Lambton-Kent-Middlesex (LKM) will head to the polls to elect their new Members of Provincial Parliament. This by-election offers our members an opportunity to send Doug Ford a clear message—stop shortchanging education. The OSSTF/FEESO Strategic Action Plan was approved at the Annual Meeting of the Provincial Assembly 2024 with a clear mandate—promote and protect public education, mobilize members, and engage communities. As such, the Provincial Office has hired three election organizers from within our membership for the duration of the by-elections to engage directly with members who live in the Milton and Lambton-Kent-Middlesex ridings.

By-elections matter! They may not result in a change of leadership, but they often result in a change of direction, either in the government’s priorities or in the polls. Our by-election strategy is member focused and member driven.

If you live in either riding you can help by taking one, or all three, of the following actions—Vote, Volunteer, Donate.
