About Parachute
Parachute is a pan-Canadian survey series documenting current issues and concerns within the profession impacting educator retention and recruitment. Your participation provides vital evidence to OSSTF/FEESO and the CTF/FCE, ensuring educator support and advocacy land where they are needed most.

Our first three editions gathered responses from educators across Canada revealing pain points and key factors contributing to continued crises across the profession, and what support could look like for systemic change.

Check out our At-a-Glance info graphics for the first three editions here.

If you experience any technical difficulties with the survey, please notify the CTF/FCE Research team at research_recherche@ctf-fce.ca.
