
Munib Sajjad is an experienced labour and community organizer and serves as an Executive Assistant in OSSTF/FEESO’s Communications and Political Action Department. He is also the Editor of Update, one of the Federation’s official publications, where he leads editorial direction that informs, engages, and empowers members.
Munib has played a key role in strengthening OSSTF/FEESO’s digital organizing and mobilization efforts, expanding member engagement through platforms such as Action Network, Action Builder, and CallHub. His expertise in strategic communications and digital organizing has helped enhance the Federation’s capacity to connect with and mobilize members across the province.
His work focuses on member and community organizing, anti-racism initiatives, advocacy for publicly funded education, and political action. Through a combination of editorial leadership, strategic communications, and organizing expertise, Munib helps transform information into engagement, engagement into participation, and participation into collective action.

Audrey Bourque is a creative communications professional and serves as Lead Designer and Publications Manager at OSSTF/FEESO. She leads and manages the design, production, and digital delivery of the Federation’s communications, creating engaging and accessible content that connects members with the Federation’s work.
Audrey has played a key role in advancing OSSTF/FEESO’s visual identity and digital communications, including the development and distribution of member communications. By combining design expertise, digital strategy, and member-focused communication, she helps maximize the reach and impact of the Federation’s engagement efforts across print and digital platforms.
Her work has received six professional awards, including First Place for Best Design Publication from the International Labor Communications Association and the People’s Choice Award from the Canadian Association of Labour Media. Through creative leadership and strategic storytelling, Audrey helps strengthen the Federation’s voice and build meaningful connections with members across the province.

Jocelyn Gauthier is a Translator-Reviser/Coordinator at OSSTF/FEESO, specializing in English-to-French translation. After obtaining a Bachelor in the Sciences of Language at Laurentian University, he spent 20 years in translator and senior coordinator roles for the Ministry of Health and Long-term Care, in Kapuskasing, before moving to Toronto in 2013. He ensures that the organization’s publications, resources, and communications are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate for Francophone audiences. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to linguistic excellence, he helps make information accessible to members across Ontario. In his leisure time, he enjoys spoiling his four grandkids, Zavier, Adélie, Olivier, and Charlie.

Diane Epassa is a Translator at OSSTF/FEESO. She is also an editor and a writer specializing in English and Spanish to Canadian French. With more than 10 years of experience, she brings precision, cultural sensitivity, and creativity to her work. Currently pursuing a PhD in Francophone Studies, she explores the connections between language, culture, identity, and storytelling. Her creative interests include writing, painting, singing, and psychology.
