OSSTF/FEESO is proud to expand its union training opportunities to self-directed, asynchronous online Union Training Academy courses on the Brightspace virtual learning platform.

In late 2026 the Union Training Academy – Brightspace platform will launch with its first nine courses, with more to be continuously developed:

• Organizing Conversations and Worksite Meetings (EN)
• OSSTF/FEESO Bargaining Units and Local Executives (EN/FR)
• Union 101 (EN/FR)
• New Member (EN/FR)
• Constitutions 101 (EN/FR)
• Meetings, Minutes, Motions (EN/FR)
• Policy for Accessing Legal Assistance (PALA) – (EN/FR)

The training is tailored to the needs of the audience and structured into three levels of training.
