Canadian Teachers’ Federation (CTF/FCE) News and Updates: Register for the World Teachers’ Day Town Hall

It is with great pleasure that the Canadian Teachers’ Federation (CTF/FCE) invites you to participate in a town hall event on World Teachers’ Day, Thursday, October 5, 2023. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate teachers, answer their questions, and share national approaches to tackling the teacher shortage.

Please join us on October 5 for this CTF/FCE event – The Empty Classroom: Challenges and Solutions to the Teacher Recruitment and Retention Crisis.

Details:

• From 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. (ET)
• In person* at La Nouvelle Scène Gilles Desjardins, 333 King Edward Ave. in Ottawa.
  *Please note that space for in-person attendance is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis.
• Online via Zoom. The town hall will also be livestreamed. (The Zoom link will be shared with registered participants two days prior to the event).
